The location of the hotel is excellent being very close to main rail and bus station Close to a shopping mall and tourist information centre Taxi services operate outside the hotel

Big room, quiet, convenient location next to train and bus station. A few more minutes to the castle park and museums. I didn't think about a view when I booked, but for those who value such things, ask for an upper floor with a castle view.

We had the Fukuyama Castle view from our window so we could see the Dino eggs change colors and the light show along the wall and over at the church. A nice seasonal touch. The room was large and the hot water shower/soaking tub was wonderful. There were plenty of outlets for all our chargers. The hotel is right across the street from the JR Station which has a substantial food court and shopping options.

Comfortable bathtub and cotton washcloth in the bathroom. Chinese restaurant in the hotel serves good Sichuan dishes.

Close to the train station and restaurants. would like to explore the local area next time I visit. The castle looks beautiful. The room was large for Japan and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but the hotel restaurant was very good

They were able to accommodate our group of 12 (3 families). Location was great for food and access to train and transportation. Hotel was clean, and parking was convenient.

Good room facilities. The staff's customer service is courteous. A panoramic view of Fukuyama Castle from the window. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I have stayed several times and like the location — wonderful view of the castle, on the Shinkansen line, easy access to Onomichi, close to the station, food and shopping at station.

All amenities needed were there. Very compact and pleasant hotel with an excellent location for bullet train users.

Great Location. Less than 5 mins walk to train station. Very clean and relatively wide room. Good breakfast
